CUSTOM APPAREL ORDERING POLICY - Special Order & Custom Printed Shirts

Effective for all custom graphic shirts, bulk orders, and special size orders.

1. What Is Considered a Custom / Special Order?

Any order that includes custom graphics, logos, text, artwork, or is ordered in a specific size breakdown, color combination, or quantity not regularly stocked is considered a Custom Special Order. This includes all orders of 12+ shirts with custom printing.

The order of 25 or more shirts in specific sizes is a Custom Special Order.

2. Payment Terms - 100% Down Payment Required

All Custom and Special Order apparel requires 100% payment in full BEFORE production begins.

We do not begin artwork, ordering blank shirts, or printing until full payment has cleared. This policy is necessary to cover blank garment costs, custom screens/transfers, ink, and labor which are non-recoverable.

Production will begin upon receipt of payment

All deposits and final payments on Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. No Cancellations, No Changes, No Returns

Once payment is made and payment processed your order CANNOT be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason.

This includes:

•  Customer changed their mind

•  Ordered wrong sizes

•  Event was cancelled

•  No longer need the shirts

Because shirts are custom printed to your specifications with your graphics, they cannot be resold. If you need to change your size breakdown, you must do so BEFORE you pay and BEFORE 10-15 days of order.

5. Sizing

All shirts are ordered based on the size breakdown YOU provide. Please verify sizes with your group/team/customers before ordering.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered.We use standard manufacturer sizing [Gildan, Bella+Canvas, etc.]. Size charts are available on request. We are not responsible for variations in how a brand fits.

We recommend ordering a size run sample before placing a large bulk order.

6. Production & Lead Time

Estimated production time after payment 15-20 Business Days for orders up to 150 pieces.

Lead time does not include shipping transit. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Delays can occur due to blank apparel backorders from our supplier. If your requested brand/color/size is backordered, we will contact you with the closest available substitute for approval.

7. Defects & Our Guarantee

We guarantee our print quality. If there is a printing defect or we damage a shirt during printing, we will reprint that shirt at no cost.

Claims for defects must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order and must include photos.

We do NOT guarantee against:

•  Normal wash fading or shrinkage

•  Minor variations in ink color from screen to shirt

•  Small ink spots or manufacturer defects in the blank shirts themselves

8. Abandoned Orders

Custom orders not picked up within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned and become property of  Jim Garrett Merch with no refund.
